Version 1.1. These terms apply to LL-WD website plans and related services.
The provider is LL-WD.com, Sweden. The services included in a purchase, price, and any recurring charges are those shown during checkout or separately agreed in writing. Payment is processed by Stripe.
The customer owns the domain name purchased for their website. Where a domain is registered through LL-WD, it will be registered for the customer, subject to the registrar's rules and the customer providing accurate registration details. Domain renewal is billed separately. Its price depends on the domain ending and registrar, and LL-WD will confirm the amount before renewal.
The CMS software is licensed, not sold. LL-WD retains ownership of its existing CMS, source code, reusable components, tools, and templates. The customer may use the CMS for the purchased website service. The customer retains ownership of their supplied content and custom design work created specifically for them, subject to any third-party materials or licenses and payment of the agreed fees.
Customers must not use LL-WD services to host or distribute illegal content or activity, pornography or explicit sexual material, hate or extremist content, fraud, phishing, malware, or political propaganda or advocacy. Customers must also respect the rights of others and applicable law.
LL-WD may remove content or suspend access to a service that violates these terms. We will give notice where reasonably practical, but may act without prior notice when needed to address legal requirements, security threats, or immediate harm. During a suspension or termination, access to content or export may be restricted where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, or harm. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The first 12 months of managed hosting are included with a website purchase. After that, hosting costs 45 SEK per month or 450 SEK per year. Domain renewal is charged separately at the price confirmed for the customer's domain ending and registrar.
Hosting and domain renewals are requested by invoice or payment request before the renewal date. LL-WD does not automatically charge a recurring renewal payment. The customer may choose whether to continue the hosting service when a renewal is due. Any applicable taxes will be stated before payment. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal and refund rights, continue to apply.
